It's Friday, and we're off to Lafayette until tomorrow because it's a total girl weekend. Tonight is Mom's Night Out, which is (supposed to be) held every month. We haven't met in, well, a long time, so we're all ready to get together and laugh...a lot. In honor of Mom's Night, I cracked open the Julie Child cookbook once again and decided to make crepes with fillings of orange butter, strawberries, caramelized bananas, and Nutella. Oh...my...lord. I can't wait. I'm making the crepes right now. Is there anything for beautiful than this???
And then tomorrow, I'm going out to breakfast with my mom and sisters, and we're all going for pedicures. Can't wait! Can't wait!
Brett left for work this afternoon and will be back on Wednesday. Bummer to that. But we're all pretty much over our sickness, and we're ready to do things like go to the library and have people over to visit. I'm thankful for that.
We managed to get this little video of the girls this morning. Enjoy. Tell me, does it get any better than this?

Love the video! I especially love how quiet they are until the blocks tumble. I turned the volume up, thinking our computer was wacky, and then the whole room was filled with giggles!! Too cute! And they were the type of giggles that give the little ones hiccups! Love it!
