Does anyone else pick out your kids' clothes for the day and end up dressing them almost alike?

I made this cute little purse for Carla from a pattern that I found online. If anyone is interested, it made from a simple fat quarter. Sophia loved it and carried it around the house, calling it, "Aunt Carla's purse." I ended up making one for Sophia for her birthday - red on the outside and black and white polka dot on the inside. I may be borrowing it.

Claire is rolling over now. She rolled over in the bouncy seat while I was out of the room for a few minutes. This is what I saw when I came back in. Sophia is trying to roll her back over to stop her from crying.

Sophia's big in to pictures now and loves the camera. Every time I pick up the camera, I hear, "Mommy! Cheese! Claire and me! Cheese, please!" The natives were getting restless one night, so I brought out the camera for a cheese session. I never realized that Sophia's eyes were shaped so much like mine.

"What sat?" I heard this over and over for about three days. I had taken the girls to a story time at the Carmel library, and Sophia walked away with a penguin stamp on her hand. I also discovered that the Tacky the Penguin books are really quite cute.

Oh mom...

We got out the bouncer. Claire loves it and squeals the entire time.

Lazy mornings watching cartoons in Mom and Dad's bed.

She'd rather draw than eat breakfast.

Sophia admired the first snowfall. It's almost like she remembered what it looked like from last year.

Claire...totally worn out.

Making sugar cookies with Daddy before putting up the Christmas tree. Sophia ate the dough like a real pro.

Claire gave up sucking her own thumb and moved on to the stuffed monkey's.

Tree - check. Stockings - check. Lights - check. Vacuum - check. Random sippy cup - check. Infant being attacked by stuffed monkey - check.

Don't you just love sleepy, milk-induced-coma babies?
